About the role




Are you super organised, detail-driven, and love a challenge? We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to support our Facilities team!


In this key role, you'll support the Facilities Supervisor Soft Services, helping to deliver efficient, safe, and productive workplaces. From day-to-day operations to supporting wider office transformation projects, you'll play a vital part in creating a positive environment for both staff and customers.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:



A highly efficient and effective administrator with a can-do approach. Support the delivery of the transformation of Plymouth Community Homes workplaces and corporate estate buildings Will be the first point of contact for contractors, commercial tenants and staff in Plumer House, providing an excellent standard of customer services throughout. Will provide an efficient and effective administration service to the wider Commercial Services Team. Has demonstrable experience in using various Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word.
