At CrossReach Children & Family Services, we're looking for an Administrator to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting children, young people, and their families.

The Role

With a mix of office and home-based working, you'll be the backbone of our team.

You'll be based on-site three days a week every Wednesday and Friday, plus one additional day with the flexibility to work the rest of your hours from home

. It's the best of both worlds: being part of the team face-to-face while also enjoying the convenience of home working.


From diary management and reception duties to invoicing and keeping our records in check, you'll play a key role in ensuring our services run like clockwork. No two days will be the same one moment, you'll be welcoming visitors with a friendly smile, and the next, making sure all the paperwork is perfectly in order.

What You'll Do:

Manage diaries and meetings for staff, ensuring everything stays organised

Provide a warm and professional reception for visitors, calls, and emails

Handle invoices and financial admin to keep the service running efficiently

Keep records up to date and support with recruitment processes

Be the go-to person for admin support across the team

What You'll Need:

Experience in administration, ideally with finance or invoicing knowledge

Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A friendly, professional approach when dealing with colleagues and visitors

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
