The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an administrator for their client based in Uddingston on an on going temporary basis with a high view of going permanent with them.
This role will involve:
- On a daily basis collating information sent by our customers regarding the chilled product orders for dispatch.
- Ensuring product orders are completed for each customer in the correct order and disseminated to the appropriate departments/staff in a timely manner.
- Monitoring the chilled product final pack stock and communicating this information to relevant departments.
- Monitoring emails and updating the chilled coding manager with relevant information as and when required.
- Experience of Microsoft word and excel, and proficient computer skills is essential
Ability to be flexible to meet business needs.

\xe2\x80\x8bHours:
- 6am to 6pm
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- \xc2\xa312.07 per hour
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Canteen
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
- Training Provided
