37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with weekend working on a rotational basis. Shifts are to be covered from 07:30 to 18:00 per week and the Neighbourhood Team provides a seven day per week service (including bank holidays) and admin support is vital to this.We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate team player to work within the administration team for the Droitwich Ombersley and Rural Neighbourhood team. The Neighbourhood Team is a multi discipline team made up of Community Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Mental Health Nurse which supports patients with health needs in their own homes within the local community. The post holder will be part of the admin team which provides a full admin function for the clinical staff by maintaining the patient record system and having direct patient contact answering single point of access telephone queries. The post holder will be based at the Neighbourhood Team Hub in Droitwich.Please note the Trust will not provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status.Main duties of the jobThe Neighbourhood Team is a busy, dynamic environment to work in. Members of the admin team have to be multi-taskers to the highest degree. • Educated to academic Level 2 (e.g. GCSE Grade A-C) with considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 3 qualification on appointment to post
• I understand that I will be asked to provide original certificates to verify my qualifications at point of offer.

• Intermediate IT skills. These may be tested at interview
