Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, emails, and reports
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide general clerical support to the team
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
-There will be extra hours to cover office annual leave and is essential to this role.
Experience:
-Able to work alone or in a small office environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but training is available
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
