In this role, you will manage, investigate, and respond to appeals received via post or email.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Facilitate the resolution of appeals submitted by the public.
  • Collaborate with third parties to gather evidence and bring appeals to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Maintain the highest standards of work quality.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by CPM Management.
  • Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service.
  • Comply with external codes of practice and internal policies and procedures.
