Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a logistics company based in Andover. This will be a temp to perm position working 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 2.30pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Entering purchase orders on to the system
- Running weekly and monthly reports
- Raising invoices
- Reconciliation of agency labour, collecting all timesheets
- General purchasing of warehouse consumables, stationary, workwear etc
- Variety of administration tasks
Requirments:
- Previous administration experience
- IT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Available immediately.
This Administrator position is a temp to perm role. working 8.00am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Pay rate is \xc2\xa310.92 per hour.
