Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Manage scheduling and appointments using our CRM System
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support team members.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
Ability to type up property sales particulars and manage entries on our property portals.
Arrange viewings and liase with both viewers and clients regarding feed back.
Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in computerised office applications, predominantly Microsoft Office
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
