Wood Digital Consulting (DC) is currently recruiting an Administrator to work with our team in Aberdeen.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days office / 2 days at home (as an example). Travel may be occasionally required to customer site and other Wood offices, additional face to face meetings with colleagues will be expected as required.
Applicants must be able to pass HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

This role provides administrative support to one of our UK projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating and maintain Oracle system
Work with Admin and Accounts Payable team to resolve invoice queries
Update trackers where required
Review and responds to incoming queries
Complete assigned tasks with accuracy using all available resources
Communicates progress and clarifies process steps required to resolve queries
Seeks clarity to solve problems
Produce regular scheduled or ad-hoc reports and data as requested
Encouraged to participate in continuous improvement and recommend process efficiencies that they think may exist through feedback and experience
All other tasks as reasonably requested by line management
QUALIFICATIONS
Good standard of education with minimum GSE level of English
Good level of admin experience, preferably in the Engineering and Construction industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Effective organisation and planning skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
Maintains a strong network both within and outside of supply chain department
Positively maintain relationships with suppliers, clients and other disciplines
Planning and organisational skills
Enthusiastic proactive attitude
