Job Role: Administrative Officer

Job Duties:

Encourage and motivate claimants to become more digitally competent, helping them create and maintain their digital accounts independently.
Promote the use of online channels and challenge claimants, when appropriate, to transition to these platforms.
Claimant Engagement:

Make every interaction count to keep claimants moving forward, demonstrating how your impact can enhance their labour market activity.
Adapt effectively to change and understand the vision for the business.
Comprehend the end-to-end claimant journey, recognising the impact on other areas.
Team and Stakeholder Engagement:

Take accountability for personal development, utilising available learning and development tools (including enhancing digital capabilities).
Build strong relationships with colleagues to ensure seamless handoffs when required.
Foster constructive partnerships with External Delivery Partners.

Facilities Available:

Essential Criteria:

5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths and English (or Level 2 equivalent).
Willingness to complete an Access NI Background Check (facilitated by The Recruitment Co).
