Admin Support: Manage key administrative tasks like travel, expenses, calendar, and facilities with minimal executive guidance
Project/Program Management: Lead and execute medium to large-scale projects or events from start to finish
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and solve problems, making decisions with minimal guidance
Leadership: Guide other team members (ABPs), and lead committees or teams as needed
Risk Management: Identify risks and obstacles in projects, and determine corrective actions with some support from executives
Creativity & Improvement: Suggest creative ways to improve administrative and program tasks, finding better methods to achieve goals
Collaboration & Influence: Build strong relationships with executives, cross-functional partners, and internal/external teams. Share knowledge and work collaboratively to achieve goals
Community Involvement: Participate in ABP community activities and represent the team in recruiting efforts
Timeline Coordination: Handle complex timelines and goals for projects or events you identify and manage
Skills & Expertise:
Business Knowledge: Understand the business strategy to positively impact schedules and priorities
Confidentiality & Policies: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 years in Human Resources, including handling investigations, complaints, case management, and program management
Confidentiality: Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
Global Flexibility: Ability to work occasional non-standard hours to support a global team

Judgment & Decision-Making: Strong ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
Relationship Building: Able to build trust and connect with diverse groups
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, especially in empathetic listening, conflict resolution, de-escalation, and risk management
