Job Description


  • Admin Support: Manage key administrative tasks like travel, expenses, calendar, and facilities with minimal executive guidance
  • Project/Program Management: Lead and execute medium to large-scale projects or events from start to finish
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and solve problems, making decisions with minimal guidance
  • Leadership: Guide other team members (ABPs), and lead committees or teams as needed
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and obstacles in projects, and determine corrective actions with some support from executives
  • Creativity & Improvement: Suggest creative ways to improve administrative and program tasks, finding better methods to achieve goals
  • Collaboration & Influence: Build strong relationships with executives, cross-functional partners, and internal/external teams. Share knowledge and work collaboratively to achieve goals
  • Community Involvement: Participate in ABP community activities and represent the team in recruiting efforts
  • Timeline Coordination: Handle complex timelines and goals for projects or events you identify and manage
Skills & Expertise:
  • Business Knowledge: Understand the business strategy to positively impact schedules and priorities
  • Confidentiality & Policies: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5 years in Human Resources, including handling investigations, complaints, case management, and program management
  • Confidentiality: Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Global Flexibility: Ability to work occasional non-standard hours to support a global team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Judgment & Decision-Making: Strong ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
  • Relationship Building: Able to build trust and connect with diverse groups
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, especially in empathetic listening, conflict resolution, de-escalation, and risk management
  • Coaching: Experience coaching or counselling on sensitive people-related issues
