The Position:



Known internally as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA), this role plays a key part in serving our client's as they go through their Chiropractic journey. A good CA delivers high standards of quality service on our front desk as they support our clients by managing their schedules and welcoming them into our clinic, whilst also educating them to guide their experience of the clinic and their care.

Our busy diaries need organised, caring personalities to integrate into the team. This is a very dynamic role that requires energy, focus and extreme attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a customer-centric attitude, a strong work ethos and is willing to learn a range of new skills, both behind the front desk and developing their knowledge in the art and science of Chiropractic and health.

*No previous chiropractic or clinical experience needed!



We currently have two positions available:

CA Cover Role (full time, permanent):

This position is for a flexible, cover CA role which works across both our Locks Heath and Southampton clinic, covering the front desk team for annual leave. Owning your own car with a full UK driving license is required.

Start date: as soon as possible (subject to notice periods)

The role would require you to be on shift 4-5 days per week. It involves working a shift pattern which is pre-booked a few months ahead (ideally, we like this to be 3-6 months ahead) and always includes two days off per week at least (usually Mon/Tues and Sun). Some saturday shifts will be required but not every saturday. The shift hours could be:

Mon/Tues 07:30 - 20:30 Wed/Thurs/Fri 07:45 - 13:45 or 14:15-20:15 Sat 07:00 - 12:00 or 11:30-16:30 Sun Day off
Your shifts would only ever be scheduled into one clinic on any set day (for example, you wouldnt be expected to work in one in the morning and the other in the afternoon).

Maternity Cover CA (full time, fixed term):

one of our lovely CAs is soon to have her baby and we are looking for maternity cover for our Locks Heath clinic. This role has a fixed shift pattern with every week the same. The shift hours would be:

Tues 07:30 - 20:30 Wed 14:15-20:15 Thurs 07:45 - 13:45 Fri 14:15-20:15 Sat 11:30-16:30 Sun Day off
Start date: approx mid-May

Some of your key duties will include:



Diary and office management - answer phones, book schedules, take payments, support clients with queries, make the clinic a welcoming environment Client Service and Support - build strong, caring relationships with clients, go above and beyond for them where possible; manage challenging situations to achieve 'win-win' outcomes; develop your understanding of health and the body and Chiropractic to educate clients with passion and support them in their journey Driving new business by taking phone calls and making timely follow up calls to nurture customers who have shown interest in or inquired about our service; support the team with ideas for new business opportunities Witness all the incredible life-changing stories from our clients!

Self motivated and comfortable with a high level of responsibility A passion for health and well-being and can communicate that passion to clients. Remain calm under pressure and have the determination to see a task through to completion and on time, Be happy to take on multiple projects at the same time and offer support wherever needed.
