Responsibilities



Administrative duties such as maintaining up-to-date records, data entry, scanning/filing documents Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and other computerised systems to create and maintain documents Manage incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette to ensure effective communication Assist with booking hotels and travel, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings and events as required Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Skills



Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues Familiarity with office procedures with strong administrative skills Competent in using computerised systems and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively

Working 25 hours - flexible Monday to Friday

Education: GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent

Experience: Customer Service 1 year (preferred), Administrative Experience 1 year (required)

Language: English (required)

Licence: Driving licence (required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15,873.00-16,750.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
