Accommos LTD - boutique Airbnb management company based in London is looking for a part time administrative support. As a general summary the role will include all aspects of the day to day running, upkeep of the properties, reservations and guest management. There needs to be a good following of reservation movements and cleaner rotas along with guest pre-check-in requirements. Developing the guest experience pre & post check-in while monitoring feedback and reviews. To include welcome book, walk round & info videos with regular reviews. We always hire on attitude over experience but any previous experience in property management, hospitality, holiday lets or hotels could be helpful. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the overall day to day operations, management, staff etc. Multi tasking and being really organised is essential. You will also be responsible for managing our outsourced cleaning contractors and recruiting new contractors/companies as needed. The working week includes evenings and weekends so you will need to be flexible. We are a rapidly growing business and looking for a long term manager that will not only take the role personally but also grow with the business. Regular tasks:

  • check in and check out calls / general guest communication
  • Cleaning and maintenance coordination
  • Coordination of our outsourced admin team
Experience needed:
  • Customer service experience is needed
  • Reliable
  • Experience with Airbnb and Booking.com is a bonus
This position will move into full time position for the right candidate! Job Type: Part-time Salary: \xc2\xa311.00-\xc2\xa312.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Benefits:
