We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong academic background to join our team in customer service. In this role, you will assist with processing exam registrations and support adult learners in obtaining the qualifications they need. Proficiency in using a computer is essential, but training will be provided for all relevant software. You should be confident in phone communication, writing emails, and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. Your support will be crucial for learners as they pursue important courses and exams.

Hours:
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45-5:15
Saturday availability during peak season
