As Hotel P/T Administrative Assistant (Finance office), you'll be responsible for assisting the finance team in managing the financial operations of our amazing hotel. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will have the opportunity to upskill along your journey. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills..
What do we need from you?
As an administrative assistant, you provide general office support, manage daily administrative tasks and assist staff and management.
You'll have an in-office environment experience. Training will be provided.
Familiar with Micro software and systems, including Excel and Word.
You will display Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage financial information and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
