Bukhari Chambers Solicitors Ltd is a well-established law firm dedicated to providing outstanding legal services with a client-first approach. We are now looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone queries and assisting Anjali with incoming calls
Replying to phone messages promptly and professionally
Coordinating with clients regarding appointments, handling cancellations and rescheduling
Managing the solicitors' calendars, booking client meetings, and ensuring schedules are up-to-date
Checking and managing the office inbox, responding to enquiries, and identifying potential leads
Managing and posting on social media accounts (including posting videos) to boost online engagement
Handling daily outgoing mail and other administrative posting duties
Using Clio Grow (legal client intake and CRM software) to assist with client management
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Experience with Clio Grow or willingness to learn quickly
Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy office environment
A legal background or previous experience working in a legal office is preferred
Experience in social media content creation and confidence using AI tools is highly preferred
