My public sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work within their team. This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying \xc2\xa310.42, full time 37.00 hours a week, this role is a fully onsite role.
As part of this role, you will be required, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
o Inputting data onto a case management system
o Uploading spreadsheets into a case management system
o Photocopying, filing and proofreading data
o Preparing cheque batches to be approved
o Opening, sorting, and distributing mail throughout the department
o Work logging emails
Skills required:
o Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changeable deadlines
o Good communications in both written and verbal form
o Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and apply high levels of attention to detail
Please note this role will require a DBS check, and three years referencing.
