The Job:
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Contracts Department. This is a full-time position Monday - Thursday 8.15-4.45pm and Friday 8.30-4.00pm
This position will be primarily office based at our Falcon Road Belfast site.
Duties:
Below is a brief list of duties required for this role (list is not exhaustive):
Producing Purchase orders
Producing O&M manuals
Liaise with wider team members and sub-contractors to assist with completion of contracts
Creating and managing spreadsheets, documents and presentations
Work closely with department management as well as across company departments to enhance overall quality of our service and reporting processes
Provide a point of call for clients or third party suppliers for any queries or concerns
Other admin duties as and when required
Benefits:
25 days holiday, plus 8 statutory days (earned on a pro rata basis)
Potential for Hybrid working once fully trained in role
Experience:
Essential
Relevant experience in previous or similar roles
Proven experience with Microsoft Office packages
Possess the ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
Confident communicating with other members of a team, as well as sub-contractors
Desirable
Proven experience dealing with high volume of administrative duties
Experience working in a similar environment for retail/commercial clients
