We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our operations. In this role, you will provide administrative support across all departments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities vary from day to day and will include:
- Utilising a wide range of technology tools and platforms
- The use of MS Office and company software programs
- Data processing, conducting research, producing reports, creating and editing documents, spreadsheets and forms
- Organising, streamlining & updating records, databases, systems & schedules
- Reconciling and resolving any outstanding actions or processes
- Collaborating with all departments to ensure workflow efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting the Managing Director with various tasks
The ideal candidate would:

Previous experience is not always required if skills and knowledge can be demonstrated. Training and support will be provided by a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals.
