We are looking for a highly motivated and organised clerical assistant to join our office team. The main responsibilities of the role would be to assist in the provision of clerical support for the school, including answering the telephone, IT based tasks, dealing with face-to-face enquiries, photocopying, basic finance and updating pupil records - training will be provided on the school\'s information management system.
The role requires the ability to work as part of a team and to strict deadlines. Excellent inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and high levels of accuracy are integral to the role and the ability to multi-task is essential.
A professional and discreet approach when dealing with pupils, staff, and visitors to the school is required. The successful applicant will need to be able to maintain a friendly, helpful, confidential and professional attitude when dealing with queries. Previous experience of working within a school setting is preferred but not essential. A willingness to learn and contribute positively to our happy team is a must.
