Handling mail and deliveries.
Assisting with monitoring and maintaining stock levels.

Order Processing:
Processing customer orders (phone, email, other channels).
Verifying order details (product, quantity, price, shipping).
Entering order information into the system.
Generating order confirmations and invoices.
Coordinating with warehouse/shipping for fulfillment.
Tracking order status and providing updates.
Assisting with inventory management and reporting.
Customer Service:
Handling customer inquiries (phone and email).
Responding to questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
Providing information on products, services, order status, and policies.
Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary.
Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
Identifying and reporting recurring customer issues.
