Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in various software applications, including Google Suite and QuickBooks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and providing excellent support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

General clerical tasks (photocopying, scanning, filing). Managing office supplies and equipment. Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Preparing and generating administrative reports. Managing email correspondence (prioritizing and responding). Maintaining records and databases. Handling mail and deliveries. Assisting with monitoring and maintaining stock levels. Other administrative tasks as needed.

Order Processing:

Processing customer orders (phone, email, other channels). Verifying order details (product, quantity, price, shipping). Entering order information into the system. Generating order confirmations and invoices. Coordinating with warehouse/shipping for fulfillment. Tracking order status and providing updates. Assisting with inventory management and reporting.

Customer Service:

Handling customer inquiries (phone and email). Responding to questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly. Providing information on products, services, order status, and policies. Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary. Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Documenting customer interactions and resolutions. Identifying and reporting recurring customer issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,000.00-24,500.00 per year
