Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Type and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information accurately
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in typing and computerized systems
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Data entry accuracy and speed

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oldham.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Answering and making calls to customers, handling any queries they have.
Filing and administration tasks- Processing Nhs and private sales through our system
Ordering spectacles/lens prescriptions for customers
Arranging spectacle deliveries
