Posted 17 hours agoAdministrator needed for the Contracts Estates Department in Lurgan Hospital.This role is on a temporary on going basis for initially 6 months with the possibility of an extension. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm, 37.5 per week. The rate of pay is xc2xa312.31 per hour.The main duties include :

  • Providing admin support to the Admin Manager Contracts & Assets and Contracts Administrators.
  • Operate Estates Management systems to assist Contracts Administrators with updating of pricing schedules, contract documentation
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are accessible to appropriate personnel.
  • Organise meetings (e.g. contracts introduction, performance meetings) for Contracts personnel and take minutes at these, as required.
More InformationWhat We Need From You
  • 4 GCSE's grade A*-C including Maths and English
  • 1 year administrative/clerical experience
  • Efficient in Microsoft Word such as Word, Excel and Outlook
