The Role: Guest & Bookings Manager
We're looking for a people-person with next-level organisation skills to be the engine behind our guest experience.
You'll manage everything from inboxes to databases, from scouting future guests to welcoming VIPs on recording days. You'll be working side-by-side with our CEO and production team to make sure every guest journey is seamless, professional, and genuinely unforgettable.

What You'll Be Doing
Owning the Guest Inbox:
You'll be the first (and friendliest) point of contact for all incoming guest communications.
Pre-Recording Prep:
Chasing video consent forms, collecting media assets, making sure every box is ticked before anyone steps in front of the camera.
Sending the Vibe:
Preparing and sending out slick briefing packs to guests, so they know exactly what to expect and feel pumped to join us.
Database Wizardry:
Keeping all guest information, partner updates, and booking records beautifully organised and up-to-date.
Guest Sourcing:
Finding
50 new potential guests every week
to keep our guest list buzzing and our conversations fresh.
Partner Updates:
Sending out weekly emails to active partners with clear updates on where we're at with their collaborations.
Studio Support:
Setting up refreshments, resetting between shoots, and making sure our production space feels like a home-away-from-home.
Welcoming Guests:
Meeting and greeting guests alongside our CEO -- creating a first impression that makes them feel like part of the family.
