If you open your fridge freezer, up to 20% of the products you\xe2\x80\x99ll see have passed through a Lineage facility. We support customers who keep our schools and restaurants stocked and supplied as well as working with many of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s leading retailers.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our customer support team at our head office facility located in Heywood.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM.



In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

First point of contact for all our customers transport queries via telephone or email.

KPI reporting for our customers.

Data Entry of transport jobs as and when required.

General office/admin duties undertaken within the whole department.

What are we looking for?

Essentials:

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.

Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 building excellent rapport

Managing high volume inbound communications, via multiple channels

Great with detail and a passion for getting things done first time
