We are a local removal company, seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Person to support our team in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette to deal with enquiries and follow-ups, excellent organisational and interporsonal skills, proficiency in various office software (training given) and managing social media. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and providing support to enhance productivity. Hours are 10am-4pm
Duties
Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date daily.
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of information.
Provide clerical support
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is necessary.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
