We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts and Admin junior to our growing ATS team. This role is primarily an accounts position but may include some admin junior work when required. Full training will be given. We are a small but friendly and supportive team. We are a fast-growing new company and there is room for individual progression in the firm if desired. A study package for accounting technician is a possibility and this would be overseen by our Finance Director Sarah Wynne so is also the MD of Wynne and Co Accountants. Main duties will include but is not limited to; Assisting the existing admin and accounts assistant with general admin duties and data entry on the accounts system as required. Also working with the finance director and accountants to assist in the provision of timely and accurate financial information. Skills required Good attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work to timescales and under pressure in busy periods. Computer literate with the ability to use a range of software programs with some basic training provided. Microsoft Excel and Word experience would be an advantage. Good telephone manner and strong people skills. We are looking for a suitable candidate for this role which can be Full or Part time as required. Some Saturday working would be expected - likely every other Saturday 8-4. The position is permanent with the opportunity to grow and develop the candidates skills as our own business grows. Experience isn\'t necessary as this is as trainee position, but drive, determination and commitment is!
