Due to the Company's continued success, we are looking to expand the

Operations Team

in the Colehill area and are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated

Admin Support.

Based in Coleshill



This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your career within the security and communications industry. You would be required to complete administration and stock control functions for the Coleshill office, these duties include:

Stock Control/Replenishment and associated paperwork. Assist with deliveries ensuring they match the order, marking up stock to jobs. Liaise with Head Office for stock replenishment. Replenishing van stock for engineers. Place purchase orders for stores stock and service orders. Issue van stock to new starters. Liaise with Incident Management Coordinators when stock has arrived for reactive service work. Speaking to engineers, customers, answering e-mail/phone queries. Maintain the Plant and Client Asset Register. Inputting data on to the Company's database. General admin duties. Greeting visitors. Provide a premium service to customers at all times. Always working to safe health and safety practices.

Key experience/qualifications:



Must be skilled in the use of MS Office 365 (Share Point/Word/Excel/Outlook) 2 years administration experience desired. Business Administration qualification preferred. Experience in the security industry would be desirable. Experience of using CRM software.

Have the ability to work individually or as part of a team. A Positive, self-motivated proactive individual. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good communication skills with the ability to build successful working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 2.00pm (Flexible for the right candidate)

Salary:

12.50 per hour
