Admin Manager / Education Coordinator

Role Overview
This is a varied and integral part-time role (20 hours per week), with the potential to expand to a full-time position. The successful candidate will manage administrative functions, support the coordination of educational programmes, and assist the Director with operational and organisational tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Administrative Oversight
- Maintain efficient systems for scheduling, filing, data management, and day-to-day office operations
Educational Coordination
- Assist in planning and managing tutoring schedules, daytime provision, workshops, and learning events
PA Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including diary management, correspondence, and project support
Communication Management
- Act as the first point of contact for phone, email, and in-person enquiries
Resource Management
- Organise and monitor supplies, resources, and digital documentation
ICT Use
- Confidently use a range of software tools for communication, documentation, and scheduling
Problem-Solving
- Use initiative to identify challenges and implement effective solutions
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
Desirable:
Previous experience in an education or tutoring setting
Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or similar platforms
