We are looking for a focused and hardworking Admin Assistant to join us on our exciting journey here at Premium Workwear. We have recently taken over from NES Workwear, a well-established embroidery company that has over 20 years + industry experience. We supply a wide range of quality embroidered products for workwear, uniforms and sportswear. We take pride in our customer service and our ability to deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to add a dedicated and motivated individual to our Whitstable team.

Role Overview:



As an Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of the business. You will be responsible for quoting customers, processing orders, managing emails and phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Organising daily order sheets for the Machinery team. Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate and timely quotations. Process orders and ensure all necessary details are accurately recorded. Place garment orders with our suppliers and build rapport with these companies. Manage the Premium Workwear email inbox, responding in a timely and professional manner. Handle inbound telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner and assist customers as required. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and stakeholders. Manage administrative tasks for both suppliers and customers, including documentation, order tracking, and invoicing. Managing our company's CRM (Zoho CRM).

Skills and Qualifications:



Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Docs, Sheets and Mail. Able to keep calm under pressure. A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.

Working Hours:



Week 1:



Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
9 am - 2.30 pm
30-minute break a day

Week 2:



Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
9 am - 2.30 pm
30-minute break a day

Work Location: In person at our office in Whitstable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 800.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
