Administrative Assistant - Commercial Cleaning Company - Lucid Cleaning

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm (Approx. 30 hours per week)

Optional Overtime: Flexible additional hours and weekend work available

We are Lucid Cleaning, a busy and rapidly growing commercial cleaning company based in Glasgow, and we're looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team!

About the Role:

You'll play a vital role in supporting the daily running of our operations -- from managing cleaning schedules to communicating with clients and staff, helping keep everything running smoothly. No two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update cleaning rotas/schedules, reacting quickly to last-minute changes and bookings. Communicate professionally with customers, cleaners, and managers via phone, email, and messaging apps. Solve day-to-day staffing and scheduling challenges with a proactive approach. Calculate weekly wages and support basic payroll tasks. Create invoices for completed work and generate service quotes. Collect and return keys to and from letting agents as needed. Conduct occasional spot checks at client sites. Drop off and collect linen from laundry suppliers around Glasgow.
What We're Looking For:

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential). Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Able to think independently, problem-solve, and use initiative. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous admin, scheduling, or logistics experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided!
Working Hours:

Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm. Optional overtime available, including occasional weekends. Some flexibility required to meet business needs.
