About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and consistent person to join as an admin assistant in our accounts team. This position requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively both within the team and with staff from across the business. No prior accounts experience is necessary, however it will require someone that has good knowledge of Excel as well as providing excellent customer service via email and telephone.
Duties
- Quick and accurate checking, validation and processing of supplier invoices
- Effective communication within the team and with colleagues and suppliers
- Contributing to the Accounts Team regular duties, including the Cash Office
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a range of data sources
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
