We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative and Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office processes. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This role is offered on self employed or on employment basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, finance, excellent analytical skills, and a genuine passion for supporting charitable causes. In this role you work closely with Head of Service on day-to-day strategic operations, including budgeting, data, and financial reporting, ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, administration tasks, including capturing and recording data, dealing with enquiries, ensuring professional and customer focused approach through your day-to-day interactions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Key administrative duties including answering telephone, managing both electronic and hard copy emails, maintaining office diary and appointments.

To be responsible for accurate data input and analysis using accounting software.

Processing transactions including purchase and sales ledger.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements in line with grants, contracts and charity commission.

Give administrative and P.A support to Head of Service.

Provide financial and administrative support for projects, events and bookings.

To answer telephone and receive all visitors to the centre and projects.

Maintain and order office supplies and provisions when required.

Gather statistical data, undertake analysis for monitoring requirements.

To assist with the daily running of operations within the centre

Provide support with general enquiries and assist colleagues.

To contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.

Work with the team to support the development and delivery of a high-quality service.

Pay: 15,095.00-16,500.00 per year
