ACTIVITY LEADER | \xc2\xa310.58 per hour
Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
You will lead a varied number of leisure activities, ensuring the highest standards are maintained to give the best possible experience to our guests. Whilst providing a high standard of childcare, you will also be responsible for providing a safe environment for all guests. There are a wide range of children, family and adult activities available and you will be responsible for looking for opportunities to ensure the guests\' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations.
To deliver leisure activities ensuring all aspects of the activity are operated smoothly and efficiently to include maintaining hygiene / cleanliness standards in line with Departmental Operating Procedures and the standards delivered from your training.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 64 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role the successful applicant will be required to apply for disclosure with the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB). This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.
