Making a meaningful contribution to someone\xe2\x80\x99s life is fulfilling, demanding and requires flexibility, professionalism and skills.You will lead the way in developing a varied, stimulating daily activity programme, taking a hands-on approach and developing strong relationships with residents to ensure their wants, interests and needs are catered for.
