Duties:

- Collaborate with the activities organiser to plan and implement a variety of activities tailored to meet the interests and needs of our residents.
- Lead group activities such as arts and crafts sessions, music therapy, exercise classes, and educational workshops.
- Assist in organizing outings to local attractions, parks, and events to provide residents with enriching experiences.
- Foster a warm and inclusive environment where residents feel valued and connected through meaningful interactions.
- Maintain documentation of resident participation and feedback to continuously improve activity programs.

Qualifications:

- Experience or interest in senior care, assisted living, dementia care, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of seniors through engaging activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to the resident community.
