ACCOUNTS/ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT PART TIME Brackenwood Property Management are seeking an Accounts/Administration Assistant for our Ballyclare Office, to provide a full range of financial management duties and administration support to the Property Managers. The ideal Candidate will be a competent hard-working professional with the ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment. This Position is for 3 days a week no weekend work. RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts Book keeping experience or experience using an accountant software favorable Purchase and sales ledgers Credit control Experience Bank Reconciliations General Office Providing administrative and clerical support as needed Answering / Transferring Calls to relevant department PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Clerical & Accounts Administration Experience favorable IT skills This description outlines some of the duties and responsibilities that are associated within the role but it is by no means an exhaustive list and may be amended as the company directs.
