Your Role:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR) team Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer invoices Lead and develop a team of AR Associates, fostering a high-performance culture Ensure all AR functions comply with company policies and financial regulations Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing issues Manage accounts receivable ageing and maintain healthy cash flow Drive process improvements within the AR function Apply strong leadership skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Utilise a solid understanding of accounting principles to support financial stability Handle large volumes of data using Excel - intermediate Excel skills required

What We Need from You.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English Strong Excel & MS Office skills Accounts receivable & accounting software experience Understanding of finance transactions Office-based experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, time management & attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently Team player with strong problem-solving skills Customer-focused and committed to high standards Supervisory experience (desirable)
