:Robert Half Finance and Accounting are exclusively partnering with a luxury Retail firm in North London who are looking to recruit an immediate, Accounts Payable Supervisor for 6 months.Role:Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Accounts Payable Supervisor for a clear up project for 6 months.In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Invoice Processing
  • PO work
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit cards, payment runs (500 invoices per week)
  • Clear up of backlog via Navision
  • Investigating errors within the ledger before Audit/System migration - Things posted incorrectly on the system and missing POs so need to investigate and clear up past work.
  • Support the junior AP's
  • Proven success in similar projects
  • Strong set of hands - work autonomously
  • Strong communication and can communicate ideas well.
  • System: Navision / will be migrating to Business Central later in the year
ProfileThe successful temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor will have strong end to end accounts payable experience, have worked through a clear up project and have Navision or Business Central.You must be immediate to be considered for this role.Client:Our client is a fast growing luxury Retail company based in North London who are looking to recruit an immediate, Accounts Payable Supervisor for a clear up project, this role will be based in the office 1-2 days per week in North London.Salary & Benefits:This temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor role will be paying circa xc2xa320-23 per hour, plus holiday (dependant on experience)Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
