Job Description


My client in Bracknell is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer on a rolling temporary contract with a possible permanent role.

The ideal candidate must be available immediately or on short notice and have experience using SAP.

  • Managing the finance mail box
  • Coding and posting purchase invoices
  • Matching to PO\'s and Goods receipt
  • Ensuring invoices are authorised in accordance with company policies
  • Assisting in the production of payment runs
  • Creating new suppliers in accordance with company policy
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Process staff expenses
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
Are you immediately available with Accounts Payable experience?|Do you have experience using SAP?
  • Experience of purchase ledger;
  • Good organisation skills;
  • Team player;
  • Good excel skills.
  • SAP (Not essential but would be an advantage)
