Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory records and reconcile stock levels with purchase orders and invoices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate stock data.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify stock levels and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and generate financial reports related to accounts payable and stock.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk, preferably with exposure to stock management.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
