Job Description


My client is a leading marketing agency based in the City of London who are looking for a temporary experienced Accounts Payable clerk to come and join their finance team. The role will be mainly processing invoices, expenses, statement reconciliations and dealing with suppliers.

The key responsibilities for the role will be:

  • Processing invoices
  • Process and review employee expenses
  • Prepare and make payments in a timely manner
  • Supplier reconciliation
  • Dealing with queries
  • Help with ad hoc general finance admin within the team

The successful candidate will have:
  • 2 year+ of experience working in an Accounts Payable role
  • Team working skills
  • Strong excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience with a variety of systems
