Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with an established organisation that has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to join its London based office. This is an excellent chance to contribute to the financial operations of a reputable company and develop your career in accounting.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant will include:

  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Processing PO and non-PO invoices
  • Dealing with queries from suppliers
  • Setting up new suppliers accurately onto the finance system
  • Inter-company reconciliations
  • Account reconciliations
  • Generating the self-billing report
  • Driving process improvement
The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will require the following attributes:
  • Experience of working within an Accounts Payable team is preferred
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
