We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting processes.
Duties
Manage Sales Invoicing / Credit Control.
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and in house software.
Prepare financial reports.
Liaise with clients and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
Requirements
Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably as an Accounts Officer or a similar position.
Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
A relevant qualification or experience in a similar accounting roll.
Payroll knowledge an advantage.

Pay: 13,312.00-15,808.00 per year
