Job Description
Thistle Loos is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to deal with all aspects of the office accounts procedures. The role requires an excellent understanding of Sage 50 Accounts to process customer and supplier invoicing, VAT and bank reconciliations. The role will also include invoicing from third party software. Previous experience in the hire industry is preferred but not essential
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Process invoice runs Collaborate with team members to deal with invoice queries Prepare information for PAYE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 30,000.00-31,200.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
