Summary
We are looking for an Account Executive whose role will be to provide administrative backup to the Customer Service team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing sales orders
Liaising with other teams where required
Arranging EU deliveries including commercial invoices
Taking incoming customer calls (overflow)
Tracking deliveries
Posting cash
Posting invoices
Managing aged debtors
Managing courier claims & related complaints
Processing refunds/credit notes/returns/collections
General administration
Reporting
Key Skills:
You should be very proficient in the creation and use of spreadsheets and able to demonstrate high levels of numeracy.
Experience in the use of accounting software, CRM software, Excel and Word will also be a significant advantage.
