Part Time Accounts Clerk required to work for successful independent family-run dealership with Vauxhall and Ford franchises in Kingswinford.

Conduct vehicle stocktakes Reviewing of internal and external service plans Maintenance of vehicle debtors and creditors Monthly Nominal Ledger and Balance Sheet Reconciliations Reviewing of Business Managers Financial Logs The Updating of Monthly Performance and Statistics for the Composite Raising Bank Payments

Essential skills

Previous experience of working in an account's role. Great communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Polite telephone manner. A proactive and process-driven approach. Good levels of numeracy and literacy and excel knowledge. Team player who works well meeting monthly demands. Other General Ad-Hoc duties in fitting with the position
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be a fantastic team player, and be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within an accounts department.

A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel would be preferred

Position is Part-Time (20 - 25hrs)

Holidays: starting with 22 days plus Bank Holidays
