Due to a continued and planned expansion our client is looking for an additional experienced Accounts Assistant Administrator to join the team.
This is a full-time Monday-Friday employed office-based position, based upon a 35-hour working week.
The primary focus for this role is to assistant the Accounts Department, ensuring that the company's accounts payable & accounts receivable are dealt with in an accurate and prompt manner. Other administrative duties will also be part of your responsibilities.
As an Account Assistant Administrator, you will possess strong numeracy accuracy, attention to detail, a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as an integral part of the team. You will also be disciplined and be prepared to undertake a variety of tasks as required.
This role will commence 5th - 12th May 2025
Reporting to and working with Senior Accounts Administrator
Responsible for day-to-day accounts receivable & accounts payable
Customer Management & Liaison
Supplier Management & Liaison
General Administration duties
Working with other departments to ensure smooth running of business
Any other duties required to assist with business operations

Working knowledge of accounting packages an advantage
Excellent organisational & time management skills
Excellent telephone & communication skills
Computer Literacy
Experience of using Microsoft Excel
Self-disciplined and strong team player
Ability to multi-task
