Salary: circa \xc2\xa312,000 (20 hours)

A company in the Education Sector is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This fabulous Part Time opportunity gives you the flexibility to just work during the school terms and also comes with an outstanding list of employee benefits. You must have experience processing purchase and sales ledger invoices as well as reconciliations, banking, petty cash management, cashiering duties and dealing with all related admin and account queries. This position requires someone with strong communication and organisational skills and a professional work attitude.

THE ROLE
Part time hours which can be undertaken during term time only.
Assist the accounts department processing purchase and sales ledger invoices, reconciliations, undertake banking, petty cash and cashier duties.
Identify and solve accounts and office related queries.
Accurately manage all accounts administration.

THE CANDIDATE
Knowledge of accounts support duties esp. ledgers, reconciliations, banking, petty cash and cashiering is essential.
Possess high levels of accuracy and a professional work attitude.
Be organised, reliable, proactive and show a willingness to assist others.
Strong, confident communicator, above average standard of IT literacy.
